Services

Every person's situation is different, so the work is shaped around you. These are the main ways people usually start.

Addiction counselling (1:1)

Private, unhurried sessions for alcohol, drugs, gambling or other compulsive behaviour.

  • A first session to understand what is happening and what you want to change
  • Practical work on triggers, cravings and day-to-day structure
  • Goals set at your pace — reduction, abstinence or simply clarity

Family & concerned persons

Support for partners, parents and friends living with someone else's addiction.

  • Understanding addiction without blame
  • Boundaries that protect you and still keep the door open
  • Looking after your own wellbeing while you support someone else

Relapse prevention & aftercare

Ongoing support to hold on to recovery after treatment or early change.

  • Early-warning signs mapped out before they take hold
  • A written plan for high-risk situations
  • Regular check-ins that keep momentum going

Online & phone sessions

The same work by video call or phone, wherever you are.

  • Useful if you are rural, abroad, working shifts or short on privacy locally
  • No travel, at times that fit around work and family
  • All you need is a quiet space and a phone or laptop

Sessions & fees

Session length and fees are discussed openly before your first appointment — get in touch and we'll confirm the details and available times.
